Linda Leeser is the founder of Family Matters Law Firm PLLC and a dedicated advocate for families in San Antonio. She earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s School of Law, where she gained valuable experience working in both the civil and criminal law clinics. Linda’s passion for helping others began with her own experience seeking conservatorship of her grandchild. After representing herself in that case, she was inspired to pursue a legal career to guide others through similar challenges with confidence and compassion.
Today, Linda brings determination, empathy, and courtroom experience to every case she handles. Her practice includes wills and estate planning, family law, and appeals. As a member of the Texas Bar College, the San Antonio Bar Association, board member for Family Law Bar Association - SA, and a graduate of Trial Lawyers College, Linda combines deep legal knowledge with a genuine commitment to her clients’ well-being. She is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
