Linda Leeser is the founder of the Family Matters Law Firm PLLC. She obtained her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s School of Law. While in law school, Linda worked at the St. Mary’s civil clinic and criminal clinic. Linda entered into the field of law after she personally found herself in her own litigation where she sought conservatorship rights of her grandchild. In the beginning, Linda hired an attorney to represent her legal matters, but eventually ended up representing herself. This experience is what drove her to seek her law degree.
Linda Leeser has a desire to help others, and is willing and able to help those who find themselves involved in civil or criminal matters.
Since being licensed, Linda has been a litigator in general litigation. Linda’s legal experience includes bankruptcy, family law, criminal defense, wills, business law, and various civil causes of actions.
Linda Leeser is a member of the Texas Bar College, a member of the San Antonio Bar Association and is a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trail Lawyer College. Linda Leeser is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Linda Leeser has five children, and is originally from Colorado. Linda Leeser thrives on her passion for the law, and is a true advocate for her Clients.
